My Mom spent her last years in the gentle, loving care of Tera at Carlstrom Adult Family Home. Mom was very particular about her surroundings and she loved her home at Carlstrom's. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. Her care was top notch.

I had the privilege of experiencing the atmosphere at Carlstrom AFH years before I was in a circumstance that required finding care for my loved one. Once I needed care for my mom Carlstrom’s instantly came to mind. We were lucky enough to find an opening.

 

Since my mom moved in nearly two years ago my family and myself have been very pleased with not only the environment but the standard of care and communication. The pets and family environment bring comfort and calm to my anxious mom as well as enhance her quality of life by bringing her much joy and peace.

 

Communication with Tera and staff has always been easy. Any concerns or needs that arise are quickly brought to my attention. 

 

It brings me so much peace of mind to know my loved one is not only in capable hands but also compassionate ones as well. Tera and staff are kind and caring, making this whole process so much easier.

Carlstrom family home was the perfect home for mom.

The minute you entered you felt at home. The home is beautifully decorated. Tera and caregivers made patients comfortable and loved.  Every need was addressed with care. They have therapy, animals dogs, cats, donkey, and outside animals.

 

Thank you Tera, Stephanie, and Hunter for the care you gave mom.  It was always fun to visit mom and the other patient's.

The level of experience and care that you will find here is unmatched. Tera and her staff make sure the residents have what they need every day with a smile on their face!!  

 

Tera goes above& beyond for her residents! She does a spectacular job of managing medications/ changes to the client baseline, different diet needs, and handles everything with the utmost grace. I thank God to have found such a blessing of a home for my mom to be at the last 7 years 💖
