Caring for vulnerable populations isn’t just a job for Tera — it’s her true calling. As the Provider of Carlstrom Comfort Living, she ensures every resident receives high-quality, respectful care and is always treated like family.
In her free time, Tera enjoys hiking, kayaking, spending time with her loved ones and animals, gardening, and creating art.
Sean is the reason our home is so thoughtfully built. With 22 years as a general contractor and 10 years as a building official and master code professional, his hands-on work ensures our facility remains safe, welcoming, and ever-improving.
He is a licensed Home Care Aide (HCA), trained in mental health, dementia, First Aid, and CPR. As an on-call caregiver, Sean brings both construction expertise and compassionate support to our residents.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys hiking, camping, and family time.
Hunter joined our team in 2020 and brings warmth, dedication, and well-rounded healthcare experience. He holds certifications in nurse delegation, First Aid, CPR, and food handling, along with specialized training in dementia and mental health.
Known for his outgoing and approachable nature, Hunter fosters strong bonds with residents and team members alike. His goal: to create a positive, supportive environment for all.
Hunter loves hiking, fishing, off-roading in his Jeep, and building computers.
Stephanie is a proud Pacific Northwest native and a valued member of our team since 2023. She holds certifications in Mental Health, Dementia, Diabetic Care, CPR, First Aid, and food safety.
She excels in one-on-one assistance and offers coordinated, compassionate care, especially for residents receiving hospice services. Stephanie focuses on trust and personalized connection to ensure each resident’s experience is fulfilling.
In her free time, she enjoys swimming, fishing, hiking, and exploring human physiology.
Danielle has been providing nurse delegation services at Carlstrom since 2020. Her diverse experience spans Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation, Labor & Delivery, Pediatrics, Acute Medical-Surgical, End-of-Life Care, and Bereavement Services.
She offers quarterly in-home nursing visits and is available around the clock for staff and resident support.
